Cannistraro Earns Prestigious STAR Qualification

The mechanical construction and facilities service firm recently made news for its signature building energy analysis program as well as its BIM-enabled facilities management solution.The Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA) utilizes a third party review committee set up through the National Inspection, Testing and Certification Corporation (NITC) to determine qualification based on documented proof of criteria. “Certification of the contractor’s technicians is only one component of the program,” explains MSCA Executive Director Barbara Dolim. “Contractors also have to offer outstanding customer service, uphold a strict code of business ethics, maintain a safety record above the industry average, and focus on continuing education and training for all employees. The STAR qualification offers a way to show end-users that our contractors provide the highest level of quality, value, skill and professionalism in the industry,” Dolim adds.
