| This new construction project spanned one-million square feet of space on the site of the existing World Trade Center on Boston’s Seaport District. Complete plumbing, HVAC and fire protection systems were installed within two (2) 17-story office buildings. Mechanical infrastructure included on-floor air handling units and cooling towers totaling more than 3,000 tons of air conditioning.
