3D – COORDINATED MODELING

• We create construction-ready models that enable off-site pre-fabrication. Bringing the bulk of the work to our pre-fabrication facility ensures that every component is pre-engineered, thereby improving materials management and overall project flow.
• Fabrication-ready models are created for every new construction project, and can be created for existing buildings through the use of 3D laser scanning technology.

4D - SCHEDULING & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• BIM allows us to produce a higher quality building in a shorter period of time than ever before. Using bar-coding and RFID technology, we track equipment and piping assemblies from pre-fabrication to installation.
• 
• Project schedules are uploaded directly into the model to provide a planning tool and monitoring system for installation. Building owners and construction managers can use the BIM-enabled schedule to follow the building’s progress and identify project costs at any point during construction.

5D - COST ESTIMATING

• 
• The model allows us to automatically produce stock lists for estimating purposes. Building owners and construction managers are quickly able to view cost implications to aid in project planning and decision-making.

6D - FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

• Once a project is complete, the model becomes a live database containing information on the facility’s systems throughout the course of the building’s life cycle.
