Pre-Fabrication
Cannistraro has the capacity to design and pre-fabricate piping components for the most complicated mechanical systems. The company has pre-fabrication and storage facilities for the Plumbing and Fire Protection trades, as well as a 40,000 square foot HVAC shop complete with overhead cranes, a plasma cutter, and automatic welding machines.
Using BIM, our foremen work directly with our modelers to produce pre-fabrication documents known as “spool sheets.” These documents are downloaded to the shop floor where our licensed mechanics create piping assemblies that are ready for delivery and installation.
Pipe fabrication and delivery is available for new construction projects of any size or scope, as is large-scale pre-assembly of mechanical equipment for other building needs.
