The path to achieve these goals includes consistent education & training, pre-task planning, job hazard analysis, and hazard control. We strive for secure, active employee and subcontractor participation. We hold ourselves responsible and accountable for ES&H performance within the work environment.
Safety Training
At Cannistraro, we believe continuous training is the key to a safe workplace.
- Mandatory 10-Hour OSHA training for all field personnel
- Mandatory 30-Hour OSHA training for Foremen
- Continuous skills training is mandatory for all field personnel throughout the year
- Annual “Safety Day” for all field personnel
